The former ?City? chick was swept off her feet by her model boyfriend Johannes Huebl with a big smooch as the paparazzi looked on.
And Olivia gave the fellas on the beach plenty of eye candy in her super sexy olive-colored bikini as she flirted with Johannes throughout the day.
In career news, Ms. Palermo recently revealed that she is working on her own new design collection and plans on unveiling it sometime in 2011.
