Daily Mail journalists have probably got their pens poised in anticipation ahead of Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross? live onstage reunion this weekend.
The pair will be appearing on TV together during the British Comedy Awards, which is Ross is presenting.
It?s the first time that the two have been reunited as a comedy duo since that Sachsgate malarkey, and seeing as the ceremony has now moved to Channel 4 (from ITV) producers of the show are definitely hoping for something ?controversial? to go down. An inside source blabbed:
?We're dying for some fireworks for the inaugural event - and what better way than by putting Wossy and Russell together live?
"They've never really addressed the Sachsgate row together so we're hoping they may make a few cheeky references to it on the show.
"We'll be standing by with the bleeper in case it gets too debauched, but the show is going out after the watershed so we're not going to turn it into Watch With Mother."
Let?s hope they?re just really dull and disappoint everyone (at the Daily Mail) so we don?t have to hear another bleeding things about Sachsgate ever again. Meanwhile Russell Brand isn?t even back in Blighty yet; he?s still in Hollywood where we spotted him last night?
