We know that you?ve already seen some of the pictures from Britney Spears? photoshoot with V Magazine (taken by Mario Testino of course) but for some reason we suspected you might quite like to see these latest pics from the same shoot cos you know, photos of Britney stroking a cat are always slightly weird aren?t they?
Anyway, in her interview with the publication Britney says she?s very proud of her new album because its her ?edgiest? and most ?mature? ?sound? to date (which, to be fair, isn?t hard).
In a bold statement Brit said: "The bitch is back and better than ever" ? you tell ?em sister *clicks fingers twice*
The singer also adds that she couldn?t care less what is written about her anymore:
"I'm past all of that. I try to block it all out and not pay attention to anything they write about me in the magazines or online. I'm done with that."
"I have learned to always stay true to myself and never let what other people say about me change who I am. It's a really important lesson that took me a long time to learn."
Even though we sometimes berate Britney for her crappy clothes, her bad hair and her awful make-up we have to say we do quite admire the way she refuses to play the celeb game by not scrubbing up properly. Well, sometimes anyway?
