Inception is the most-pirated film on BitTorrent for the third consecutive week. The second-most pirated film belongs to a newcomer, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, which is set to be released on DVD by Disney on Nov. 30th. The Social Network slips one spot to the fourth-most pirated film, but is still a contender to be the most pirated film of the year.

In the music world, the leak of Kanye West's album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, was the hot ticket item. The album is due in stores on Nov. 22, but according to AllHipHop.com, the version of the album that leaked was clean (with no profanity). That has upset West, who says, "It's messed up that one hacker can mess everything up for everyone…I love to take a year to finish my songs and deliver them…to you guys in [their] most completed form."
The leak isn't stopping many news outlets from reviewing it anyway. According to Mashable, many music sites gave it a rave review. Adam Farrell, head of marketing for Beggars Group, theorizes that leaks kill the sales of bad albums, but don't hurt the really good ones.
Ask Nicki Minaj. The hip-hop star tells Billboard that she thought the leak of Your Love would kill her career because she didn't like the song very much. Instead, it went to #1.
